"...The 3 acellular pertussis antigens are isolated from Bordetella Pertussis culture grown in modified Stainer-Scholte liquid medium. The antigens are purified in successive chromatographic and precipitation steps. PT (pertussis toxin) is detoxified using glutaraldehyde and FORMALDEHYDE.
